BSOD often, WINMGMT seems to be the cause???

I've been getting the BSOD every day now.
The copmuter has lots of audio/video applications on it,
as I do lots of audio/video editing.
Also: AOL Instant Messanger, Microsoft OFFICE 2003 PRO, EZ
ARMOR Antivirus...and some other random ones as well. But
those are the "big" ones I suppose.

Anyway, WHAT IS WIN MANAGEMENT?

Everytime i get a blue screen of death, I go to my event
viewer, and the only errors I see from right before the
crash are under APPLICATION.

There are always 18 errors. Same time, different info in
each one...what does this mean, and HOW CAN I GET RID OF
THEM!? haha.

Can ANYONE tell me what is up? This is really bad, and
it's getting worse it seems like. I DO NOT want this to
happen when I have a client here!
