If your copy of XP is OEM Microsoft can't help you. If XP was preinstalled
the Product Key should be on a sticker on the case of the computer. If you
bought the XP OEM it came with a sticker, with the Key on it, which you were
supposed to stick on the case so you would have it when needed, like now.
You will have to contact the vendor that you bought XP from if you have lost
the Key.
