HIGH CPU Utilization

Hey... since updating the latest patches for Win XP Pro, I've have extreamly
high CPU utilization. Its often running at 100% and slows down my system...
The two processes that are causing this, as far as I have been able to
document, are cidaemon.exe and explorer.exe... anyone has any clue as to
whats going on?
