installation CDs

I recently took my PC into PC World for a health check as
I my PC had been viciously attacked by numerous viruses.
The technician had to take everything off my PC and go
back to Factory settings. I now find that I cannot access
any word programmes or use my scanner. I need to
reinstall these but cannot find the installation CDs that
came with my PC package. Is there any way I can download
these programmes or will I have to purchase the
installationd disks?
I am truly in despair as I have so much work to do and
cannot move forward.
Can you help me please?
