I just installed a 2nd hard drive on my WinXP Home system. Used the
computer management tools to format it and activate the partition. Status
display shows it as Health(active). I have transferred files to it and it
shows up in the command window. When I launch Explorer from the start menu
or the My Computer icon, it doesn't see the new drive. It only appears if I
launch Explorer from the disk management window of the computer management
function. What's going on here and how do I get Explorer to recognize this
new drive?

Thanks.
