Normally, the installation file should have been labeled "setup.exe"
or something similar. It appears that the driver has been installed
or at least placed in the correct folder (system32\drivers), however,
the driver is probably not registered and may not be working at all.
Did the PCMCIA card come with any installation instructions? Also,
when you inserted the installation CD in your laptop's drive, it
should have started the installation automatically.
Look for any "readme.txt" files or files with an extension *.pdf. I
find it hard to believe that a CD came with the hardware but no
installation instructions were provided. You could also try going to
the card makers web site and see if you can get instructions there.
We have no idea how to install the card when you haven't even provided
the make\name.
