Installing USB2 card

I'm trying to install a USB 2 PCMICA cardbus host adapter. The CD of drives
has no installation instructions. I clicked on the .exe file in the disk's
folder for the cardbus adapter, and it has installed a file (ousb2hub.sys)
which is in Windows/Drivers folder and in the system32 folder. I've tried
updating the USB Hub through Device Manager without any luck.

Sure hope somebody can tell me how to do this. And it really burns me to
get hardware like this with no instructions. Do they think we are all
techies?
