I just wished that I lived in the "perfect world" that
you live in. You are assuming my expertise in the IT
world is "data logging" every friend or relative that has
a pc. I'm organized, but I'm not living in the "little
specific bubble" that you are only aware of. My
responsibilities are on a much "different" level. It
would take 2 full time assistants to keep up with
everything that I do. I know that I should not take on
trivial pursuits like this, but sometimes you have to.
So I simply thought, "throw the question out to
the "helpful newsgroup for that issue and have the person
with the simple problem have it answered, but obviously
the scope of understanding with this newsgroup is very
much into a "click", and very limited. If you don't want
to give simple common options to getting into the bios,
then skip the question, so someone else can help that
really cares, for that person's needs, and it is
advisable to give the person directions in the future how
to get these answers. "Is that not what Technical Help
and Support is all About"? Sorry to have not followed
the "unwritten" rules that you follow. Have you ever
been a technical support person? You would have
definitely never had made it. You have violated
every "do not" reaction and answer that you give a
client. Sorry for the inconvience to you. If I ever ask
a question again, for the sake of both of us, please do
not reply, Thanks, Roth
