I had similar prblm with VR app but it was grabbing all
VM + had 1M pagefaults. Check if PSP is doing this
also. Look 4 any PSP patches & posts to their forums,
FAQs,...which I did 2 no avail.

This did work:
 I resized VM partition to 2.0GB & set Min & Max
Pagefile Size to 2GB (I have 512 RAM 2). Right after
loading, I used to get a yellow warning about running
out of space on S & TaskMgr used to say Natspeak.exe
peak memory usage=480MB with 1.1M page faults. Now I
get no warnings & TaskMgr says Natspeak.exe peak memory
usage = 118MB & page faults were 44k!!

Shortly after this I upgraded to next version with no
problems.

|PSP7 doesn't seem particularly memory hungry; according to my XP Task

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
