When you power on your computer you'll hear a beep right after the POST
(right before it starts to load Windows). Press F8 at that moment and
you'll see a DOS looking menu where you can select both of these options.
Sometimes it can be a little tricky to catch F8 at just the right time so if
it doesn't work at first try again.
