Sigh........... poor support again.
Those messages are from someone who is infected, but they have just
spoofed(used) your email address as the return address when the virus tries
to infect others by email. See it infectes a person then starts sending
emails to other people trying to infect them and using a fake return email
address. They just got your email address and its using that as the return
address and that's why you get undeliverable emails returned to you.
Most likely you are not infected. Just run a normal virus scan in
windows(there is no dos in xp). If it comes up clean, just ignore and delete
the emails and they will stop in a few days.
