that is to do with either the game or your Creative Labs sound drivers.
First I would go to creative labs website and check for updated drivers and
download them and install them if need be, or re-install your game. I am
suspecting it could be your sound drivers... my laptop doesnt have a
Creative card in it, so I can't really check right now.
