Also, you can prevent the computer from automatically restarting when
there is an error. This will enable you to write down whatever is on
the Blue Screen of Death (yes, the BSoD) and tell us what error you are
having. Most often, you just need to update or reinstall a driver. It
may be nothing serious at all.

Here's how to disable the auto-restart.

Go into Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, then System.
In the applet that appears, click the Advanced tab.
Click the Settings button in the Startup and Recovery section.
Clear the Automatically Restart checkbox in the System failure section.
  Click OK.

Restart normally. Write down the error on the blue screen and let us know.
