UDMA and Atapi.sys 5.1.2600.1211

Windows has degraded my HD capability from UDMA 5 to DMA. To fix this I
need the new Atapi.sys file 5.1.2600.1211, size 87,296, date April
23,2003. Platform i386.

If anyone can direct me to this download I would appreciate it.
