I have windows XP Home Edition.

My motherboard fried, and after replacing it, I had to re-
install XP. However, the disc is failing at certain
points and I need to know how to get it replaced.

I tried using MS Support free emailing to get the
information, but they request a product ID which can only
be accessed if you are able to run WinXP.

Does anyone know where I can find the information or
who/where to initiate contact?

Thank you,
Dustin
