Hi,
In services take note of the "Service Name"(not display name). Then go to
Start/Run/CMD and type in: sc delete <service name>. Reboot.
Or go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
Locate the Service in the list. Delete it... reboot.
