I'm nervous . . .

My hard drive died. Really died according to the tech
that fixed it. He told me that he could not get anything
off of the drive -- it was really dead.
I gave him my Windows XP Professional to load on the new
hard drive he installed and when I booted it there was
Roxio CD creator installed. I did not give him that
software, which I have purchased.
My question is this: Does Roxio come with XP Pro? Or did
he load it from the "dead" drive?
