Shenan........

I have 2 toshiba laptops, both running XP home... the new one is a PIV
2.8G, the old is a PIII 1.0G... the network is a DSL connect with
11mbpm (I think that is what it says)... I did the wizard to a zip
drive hooked to the new lap via USB... and then hooked it to the old
one and ran the program which gathered all my old files according to
what I picked... I have Office Pro 2003 on both... and a few games...
I did what it asked and then after a few hours it said that the old
one was through and the new one said that it was "applying my user
settings" as it is as I write this (on the old lap)... so I am not
sure I did this correctly but it seemed to work ok but never did stop
or complete the process.............. I am considering stopping the
run and starting over.................. I followed the directions but
it seems to be way tooooooooooo long.......... even with large amounts
of data...............

what should I do?

thanks...............
