microsoft visual c++ runtime library

on the accounts on m computer that are limited accounts
it will not let them open up internet explorer an error
keeps popping up saying runtime error, it had requested
that it end it in an unusual way and it never opens for
them. under the accounts that are computere administrator
the internet explorer opens fine and i checked them to
see the disable scrpt debugging was checked and the show
all notifications was unchecked. the only accounts i have
problems with are the limited accounts and i do not want
to change them to administator accounts being the are
only children. Please Help!!! thanks
