Try booting to Safe Mode and using System Restore to take you back to a time
before you made the change. Boot the system, start tapping F8, at the menu
choose Safe Mode. Usually when you get to Safe Mode you are immediately
offered the option of going to System Restore. If it doesn't come up, go to
Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
