No. This is Release Candidate 1. It is *not* yet the release
version and undoubted still has problems, perhaps even serious
problems.
Especially when it comes to operating systems, it makes no sense
to install pre-release software, unless you have a spare machine
that you'd like to play with it on. To install it is to look for
trouble. If you'd look at the Microsoft site containing the
download, they tell you essentially the same thing: "This
technical preview is unsupported and is intended for testing
purposes only. Do not use in production environments."
