Why are you trying to download and install IE? IE 6 is already
integrated into Windows XP and you can not install another copy over
the one you have. If you really want to remove and reinstall IE 6 go
here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm
Click on "I" (the letter i) and scroll on down to "IE Reinstall
Internet Explorer"
