If you think Tweak XP is the cause by leaving behind a registry key to hide
the drives, then make a manual restore point, reinstall tweakxp, unhide any
drives, if that cures it, then roll to the manual restore point. If not post
back. I am sure that one of the Many registry experts will have a fix.
