Hi,

TweakUI isn't the problem. The problem is that you have not partitioned and
formatted the drive for use yet. Start/run diskmgmt.msc, or right-click "My
Computer" and select manage. This tool should show all of your drives. The
new one will show as unpartitioned free space. Simply right-click this free
space and select "new partition" to begin.

Once partitioned (even if you choose only one large partition) and
formatted, you will then be able to see and use the drive. If the "hide
drives" proves to be a problem for you, simply reinstall TweakUI and unhide
them.
