I am trying to update Windows XP Pro after having re-installed Windows on my PC. It gets so far into the downlaod and then I get a message advising me that the system is about to be shutdown. It advises that this is initiated by NT Authority System and due to Remote Authority Call terminated unexpectedly. Please help
