Are you saying it backs up the files, but then gives an error when
creating the floppy disk? If this this same problem and haven't come up
with a solution yet. However you can manually create the floppy disk by
restoring two files that are saved with the other files when the ASR
backup is created. Here to this knowledge base article for more info...
