Fast Hardlock is a security dongle system for some expensive hardware.
A dongle is a security device that attaches to a serial, parallel, or
USB port that has encrypted security codes for authorizing a user to run
software. I believe the hardlock system can also be used to lock users
out of their ability to install software on secured computers.
