Error MESSAGE

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When closing down Windows, I get the error message:
"the instruction at ox7720841c referenced memory at
0x00000008. memory could not be read.
Click on oke to terminate program"

Anyone know what it means, and how to fix it?
