Speech Recognition & Roaming Profiles ?

Hi,
I'm having a little trouble getting Speech Recognition
(comes with Office 2003) to work with a Roaming Profile in
Windows XP.
It works the first time you set it up, train it etc but
when you logout and back in none of the wizards function
anymore although it is aware of the new speech profile I
created. On reset of the profile everything works fine
once more this implies to me that its missing some files
that it requires to initialize everything. I looked in
Local Settings which is not roamed with the user profile
and found several mbs worth of speech related files there.
So what I was wondering is a) does SR work with roaming
profiles and b) if so how to do it ?
I am redirecting only the My Documents folder.
