XP problem

My windows XP started to freeze up for a sec. then it
blinks once or twice after which it will work for a few
mins then do it again. If I reboot it helps but sooner or
later it starts up again. I think it maybe a driver
conflict but I have no idea what one. Help! this is
driving me crazy. Thanks.
