Outlook Exp Install w/o Losing Folders?

Is it possible to download and install Outlook Express
without losing my exiting folders (such as inbox, sent)?
I'm having a problem using send to. Each time i select
this option then mail recipient i am blocked by Microsoft
Exchange. Any help would be appreciated. I'm running XP
Pro.
