Are the files listed in you I386 folder or dll cache folder? If so, copy
them into your System32 folder:
powrprof.dl_ and sndvol32.ex_. Once done: Go to Start/Run and type in:
regsvr32 stobject.dll
Volume Control Icon Disappears from the Notification Area:
Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
