I don't use Spybot, but I use Ad-Aware, which gives the option to quarantine
anything before I delete it. If Spybot has a similar option, then restore
the items you deleted from quarantine (or whatever Spybot might call its
feature to save objects before deleting them). Then reboot, and if your
system works OK, then use Spybot to remove items a few at a time, until you
find the object or objects that you know your system needs. The above is
only relevant if Spybot caused the problem. I know that deleting certain
cookies will deny posting access, but have not heard of blanking out text.
