Short answer.
No - you are required to buy a license for each and every PC you run
Windows on.
It has been this way for home users since Windows 3.1
SO you will either need to buy another copy for Windows XP for your other PC
or at the very least buy an additional license for the other machine
(although the cost difference is negligible)
