Note the time of the problem then re-boot and take a look in the System and
Application Event logs using Event Viewer (see help and support). You may
need to log in as admin to run Event Viewer. Look for an error message in
the logs around the time of the problem. If you find one double click on it
and you will see more info. There is also a button you can click to copy the
content to the clip board so you can post it here
