I keep my autocomplete flushed regularly, and although not entirely afraid
of the registry, I'd as soon stay out, but the program is cool! - the
intellectually challenged are easily amused.
And thankful...

For Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete.
But that's an all or nothing deal.
Other than that, you have to be very creative, and remove these entries from
the Registry manually (not for the faint hearted).
Or you can use a freeware utility Protected Storage PassView. Download and
extract the utility and run it. Then in the list of passwords, locate the
one you need to remove, right click it and select Delete.
