I had the same problem. There is a "bridge" hooked into RUNDLL32. It is
adware.
Go to Run and run MSCONFIG
Check "selective startup"
Go to the start up tab. See if you have a startup item that says Bridge, and
the command is rundll32 followed by wherever it is located. If you do,
uncheck this box. Then reboot.
If that doesn't help. Do a search for Pest Patrol. They have instructions
for manually deletion or you can get the program and let the program delete
it.

log-off or try to shutdown, a box appears (RUNDLL32.EXE) and says "If you
choose to end program immediately you may lose any unsaved data. To end
program now, click end now". All the time a blue loading bar bar is expanding
in the box. Is this a safety device & how do I disable it, it`s just
annoying. Thank you in advance for any help given.
