IE memory not read

I keep getting this message when i click on my internet explorer icon: 0x77f69968 referenced memory at 0x6974616B memory not read. Then it terminates program. I then have to go to through my outlook to get on to the internet. Use to open to ISP front page- can't get that anymore??? HELP THANKS.
