I had the same problem today. So i did a Google search for EACH file that the fax setup prgram could not find, and located them on the Internet. I downloaded each file, storing them in C:/Windows/Setup32. Then, when I tried to setup the fax again, the program found the files, installed them, and now my fax works great.

I also found that I already had some of the files; just that the install program could not find them. I directed the setup program to look in C:\Windows\system32 or C:\Windows\I36 folders. I did this becuase each time the fax setup program indicated it could not find a certain file, I did a separate search (using Windows Locate Files function) to tell me where these files might already be located on my hard drive. After the setup was directed to look, the files were found and installation was complete.

If you do a search and still do not have the files that the setup program asks for, then return to Google to ind a site that has it.
