I finally got Norton uninstalled, downloaded a program
that would remove it entirely, did clean boot and got it
installed right. Updated the software and scanned. No
viruses.
The Palm just sits there at "trying to determine handheld
configuration".
Still looking for a solution to the "hanging" problem.
It is only when I am ready to close Windows or reboot.
It get the end program screen and the the "program not
responding" - then I have to click end now to get it to
close. I don't see a way to find out what program it
is???
