IE 6

My IE6 has stopped loading quickly, literally hangs for
about 30-45 secs. and then loads for each site. There
was a fix for this due to a hot fix that Microsoft
offered as a service pack but it didn't fix the problem.
I have restored the computer to an earlier time and even
tried to find a site to download IE 5.5, but no luck.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? I even
restored my registry, but that didn't help. I really
relied on my IE and now it's a pain in the you know what
to use and I can't use it.
