HI,

I have a 700 mhz AMD Athalon desktop processor with 512
mb of RAM and a Sound Blaster sound card....

I have purchased and installed the XP Upgrade to move
from Win ME (yuk) on this machine and all appears to be
working beautifully EXCEPT for the sounds.

NONE of the sounds are correct, sounding like a garbled
mess. Under the previous operating system, ALL worked
extremely well. I have donwloaded the latest drivers for
the sound blaster card and that doesn't seem to help.

Can anyone give me a clue of how to elimnate this problem
and get on with Win. XP.

Thanks in advance for your help.
Larry
