When that happens it indicates that the hardware has been changed
sufficiently that the activation center sees it as a different machine:
the message could be better worded. You need to go to
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Activate Windows and
use the Activate by phone option; calling a toll free number to assure
them that it is only one machine and swap one long number for another
