pc. I have since purchase 3 pc with xp on them and I just recently
reformated my old computer back to 98 and donated that one so I have no use
for the windows xp pro upgrade software. Does anyone know of a page that
has a ownership transfer form? I'm having a little bit of a problem finding
one.

i have never heard of one... sell it and give the buyer all the paperwork
and stuff that came with it and they should be ok. if its been over 120
days (i think thats the limit) they can probably activate over the internet,
otherwise they may have to call in to get the activation key. the best idea
is to give it to a friend who needs to upgrade and make them happy, then
they won't mind if they have to call in to ms to activate.
