I downloaded the windows xp service pack a while back when
it was released, since then i've had broadband installed
on my computer.

Could someone please tell me now why is it when ever i
vist the update site to scan for more updates coz i know i
need them, that i get a pop up saying

"your security settings prohibit running Active X controls
on this page, as a result this page may not display
correctly"

This has been happening everytime i try and vist a secure
site, i've changed my security settings to numouros
variations but am yet to actually get it to work.

Can anyone help me, my email is furyinc2000@yahoo.com

thanks if you can
