I HAVE HAD A LONG STREAM OF TROUBLE WITH MY PC (WHICH IS
STILL UNDER WARRANTY). IT WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 2
WEEKS AND I HAD TO RETURN IT AFTER I BOUGHT IT HOME.
FINALLY, VERIZON TOLD ME TO HAVE EVERYTHING REMOVED THEN
HAVE IT REINSTALLED.

I INSTALLED THE WINDOWS TWICE, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE AN
ICON FOR THE DESKTOP. I USED ONE OF THE 4 CDS THAT CAME
WITH THE PC. SHOULD I INSTALL THE 4 CDS?

PLEASE HELP.
