There's only really two ways to do. 1 - turn off simple file sharing, deny
other users access, delete shortcuts from their start menu, and use msconfig
to control what starts when you log in.
Or, the programs install file has to be written to allow you to choose which
user to install for and even then it might only just not give all users
shortcuts, but the program would still be available. A good way is with the
security tab settings to deny users, when simple file sharing is turned off.
