Hi Dean,

Control Panel/Add & Remove, if it is listed uninstall 828026. Then download
the stand alone version from this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=AF9CF65E-0C55-452E-A0FA-3AA165E667C1&displaylang=en

Do not run it from the download site, just download the file. Once the
download is complete, double-click it to install the update. This should
prevent the prompts from reoccuring.
