So you're saying that if the vender is unwilling to provide a free of charge
replacement that he can't just copy someone elses OEM CD? I'm not saying
copying his license number, just the CD. I also realize that some may be
BIOS locked, but I doubt the one from Fry Computers was, so another non-bios
locked OEM CD would work and I doubt it's breaking any written or implied
contract as stated in the EULA. He'd basically be doing the same thing as
if he would have copied his CD prior to it cracking.
