Could solitaire have been removed in connection with your employer's IT use policy? Even during lunch hour it's their computer. IF the IT department is reasonably competent you may not be able to re enable solitaire.

Otherwise use the Windows search function to locate the sol.exe file, right click on the file and click the context menu option to create a shortcut. If the sol.exe file is missing you may need to use the "Add and remove programs" applet in the Windows control panel to add solitaire to the Windows options. Note that IF your Windows OS log in account has limited privileges you might not be able to re enable solitaire.
